The International Center-IC (formerly known as Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation-VVAF) is a humanitarian organization that has addressed the consequences of war through advocacy and service programs in Vietnam for the last three decades. As a cofounder of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines, IC-VVAF was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1997. Now the International Center (IC) focuses on disability support, landmine removal, and mental health programs.
Under the financial support of the U.S. Government, IC-VVAF is implementing the Improved quality of life of persons with disabilities in the heavily sprayed agent orange areas (Inclusion 2b) Project in Gia Lai and Quang Ngai provinces as a sub-implementing partner for this project.
IC would like to seek a qualified vendors to provide of Supplying prosthetic and orthotic (P&O) devices for People with disabilities in Gia Lai and Quang Ngai Provinces under “Inclusion 2b Project”.
